 Work with relative teams to design supply chain process with logistics solution support; Work out the business requirement and work with IT team for the system requirement and tracking the IT function design, test and implement; Take care of BPR(business process re-engineer) team to implement the BPR project within company; Coordinate each teams of company for the process improvement design and implementation;

 Backlog review, base on the demand and the supply analysis to track the delivery commitment schedule; Proactively review of demand changes timely update to Global team in regular meeting; Plan and monitor production schedule in order to meet PSSD to achieve on time delivery; Follow up shipping plan, adhere to the OTD target; Handle customer complaint and improve customer satisfaction; Involved in process continue improvement and system enhancement.
