I coordinated activities to establish, maintain and develop adeqauate protection for our information assets. In other words, my main role was to improve information security.

My responsibiltites were coordinate all activities required to manage, plan and provide IT-related care to software systems throughout its life cycle after i has been placed into production.

My responsibiltites were to implement the IT-related goals of the management plan in a cost effective manner. Furthermore, to see to that the IT components are available for business according to agreed level and and to manage contacts with external suppliers as stated in the contract. My main area of responsibility was "prehopital care/Ambulance". Förvaltningledare IT is a management role defined in the PM3 IT-governance model.

Problem Management aims to resolve the root causes of incidents and thus to minimise the adverse impact of incidents and problems on business that are caused by errors within the IT infrastructure, and to prevent recurrence of incidents related to these errors. A 'problem' is an unknown underlying cause of one or more incidents, and a 'known error' is a problem that is successfully diagnosed and for which either a work-around or a permanent resolution has been identified.It is also within my responsibilities to be able to take the role of the incident and change managers when needed.

Mainly focused on: - our Citrix plattform and - IT-security.My position also included: - PC support, - AD/account/rights administration, - plattform development. I have been part of or headed projects like: - update and development of a Citrix plattform (leader/coordinator) using Xenserver/Provisioning/Xenapp/Windows Server 2003- technical specification and procurement of PC and thin clients on (Stockholm) county level, and - roll out of a new Office version for 1000 heterogene PC clients (leader/coordinator), - recurring security audits of partners and our internal systems/applications.- improved Windows 2003 server security- password policy on clients/servers/applications

Support of PC and printer environment in a very heterogenous environment including Novell, Microsoft, and different mixes of these. Sometimes in a project form, like when I managed the replacement of computers on a clinic.

Part time work as a Mac/PC systems administrator, as well as, teaching/assisting teacher of undergraduates at many different geological university courses.
