Several meetings took place with the contractors and BT’s partner Tech Mahindra.COSMOSS Raise and Job Control Orders - Asked to assist with the Exchange Closure program. The involvement being to facilitate the moving of circuits from the old exchange to the new exchange.Frame / ATM Migration to MPLS - With the Frame/ATM platform closure in Sept 2009, customer services needed migrating on to the MPLS. This project involved seeking account managers, and making them area of the options for their customers (Dedicated Leased Line or DLS delivery) and the time scales involved. When customers had confirmed their intentions through the account teams, orders were raised on both CLASSIC (MPLS service) for the new order and on ORION (Frame/ATM) to cease the service on the old platform. 7500 Mux Change Out - As CISCO were withdrawing their support for this type of MUX, and as BT had a number of them deployed over the country there was a need to replace them with 10K type.
