I am a dynamic, deeply technical and highly innovative person. I am an Architect who conceives ideas , develops architectures, designs from the ground up, and goes on to develop Large Scale Systems. Some of these are centered around Distributed Analytical Systems in Data Management covering both Structured and Unstructured Data that include multiple methodologies for information retrieval, policy, governance, dynamic enforcement, prediction and litigation, risk and data privacy.I love to drive small to medium sized highly focused teams of highly motivated and dedicated engineers to prototype and develop new technology and systems that are purpose built without fake frameworks. I prefer real systems, real development from the bare or virtual metal up where necessary and using the right available off the shelf components wherever feasible and rolling my own where needed. I have an extensive background and experience in algorithms , protocol development, deep stack performance analysis, modelling complex distributed systems and extreme debugging. I enjoy the challenges and buzz from first-time-system bring-up and claiming new IP whenever possible, This is how I would like to describe myself for the last 30 years or so till date. I will when necessary roll-up my sleeves and write the last lines of code to get the job done.
