CalmWaters focuses on Client Retention through appreciation by respect. If not for repeat customers (clients) no business could survive for an extended period of time. This as a fact; it too needs be understood that all businesses offer a service. Here we need to take "service" to a whole new understanding. Service through appreciation by respect. Consumers work hard to have an exchange for the services they want or need. Therefore, when they enter into a contract with a business they have an expectation because of the effort they've exerted to have the exchange prior to the contract. This principle is the bases for "the customer is always right". CalmWaters challenges that belief. Why? NO ONE wants to be wrong! Therefore, contention is the eventual outcome of the above belief. So CalmWaters teaches and helps set systems and scripts in place enabling companies to understand what their customer wants before they know they want it. This is accomplished through Appreciation Respect. Only then will customer become a client and secure future growth with stability.

Assisting small business companies to retain and build customer/client base. As a CRS (Customer Retention Specialist) I work with companies to review and research issues with their current customer data base. Any company's future security is tied to its current client list. Issues range from having a list, creating a list, generating contracts, contract deadlines, signaling challenges, account upgrades and transfers to other companies. These issues are solved 80% of the time through direct contact and simple, straight forward communication. Customers become clients when appreciation shown.
