Many people consider me the leading expert in IT Complexity Analytics. I pretty much invented the field with my 2008 book, “Simple Architectures for Complex Enterprises” and then my widely read white paper, “The Mathematics of IT Simplification.” I am the only person ever granted a U.S. patent for a mathematically based approach to IT simplification and I believe I am the only person to teach a graduate level course in IT Complexity Analytics at a major university.
