I love working directly with customers, you never know what they are going to doMy early carrier in the US Navy Nuclear Power Program on a Submarine taught me how vital two way communication are and to never stop learning.I was very fortunate to be able to recognize what I loved about my early carrier and blend it in with the work that followed. The end results are goals to work by:1. Never take yourself to seriously otherwise you end up being a "Subject Matter Expert" that people are afraid to talk to.2. There is a right answer, a wrong answer and a correct answer. Nothing says the correct answer has to match either of those.3. When you work with people you want a partnership not a dictatorship. 4. When whomever is consuming you or your teams work has a problem you fix the problem because it doesn't matter if it was their end or yours.
