Early in my 20+ year IT career I worked in smaller organizations that allowed me to gain experience in all areas of IT. This foundation has allowed me to manage teams with a better understanding of project requirements and challenges in all IT silos. My focus is always the people I am responsible for. I believe that if you take care of your people, they will produce at a higher level. Employee engagement, development, and retention are my focus and my company benefits from the team's knowledge and performance. Since 2018 I have had a seat on RMH's company leadership team steering all company decisions in and out of IT. I've also led our Lincoln support office housing multiple departments focusing on company engagement and our core values. Our IT operation supports above store support as well as 176 store locations in 15 states. I have always seen myself as a solutions provider. I am able to find and deploy systems and processes that further company goals with the highest efficiency and security possible.
