CurrentI concentrate my practice in all aspects of domestic and foreign patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and unfair competition, including counseling, negotiating, investigating, prosecution and litigation.In addition to my intellectual property work, I have significant experience in asset management, strategic portfolio planning and transactional work, involving asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, financing and refinancing, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, and employment and independent contracting issues. I have further served as lead counsel in many litigations and appeals relating to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, personal contracts, first amendment rights, rights of publicity, defamation and licenses.
