• Prepared local custom residential complete set of architectural drawings in Architectural Desktop 2004 & AutoCAD version 2006, coordinates engineering plans & inspects building construction based on prepared construction documents. • Assisted Arch. A. Hayes & other staff in the production of schematic drawings & design development in Metric system of almost 4-dozens of residential villas projects within 4-months located in United Arab Emirates (Dubai) & Pakistan. • Conducted site inspection, planning and productions of complete set of architectural drawings in ACAD 2002 - 2004 & coordination of engineering plans for Esqueta residence located in sloping lot plan.• Managed of 5 - tenants as project manager for fit-out of commercial sale and display center for Globe telecommunication centers based on plan & project schedules. Regularly reports to project management employer. • Ko-Teh's custom residence w/ a floor area of 800 sq.m. (8606 sq. ft.). Managed and supervised the whole construction project from excavation works to architectural finishes installation. Responsibilities are from manpower formations, mobilization & demobilization, bill of materials, material estimations, construction supplies ordering to purchasing, shop drawings, as-built plans for A & E for consultants approval, regular coordination meeting with owner & engineering consultants, scheduling of all involved trades and coordination of all construction activities on daily basis.• Assisted in standardization of involved building details, custom furniture and required drawing checklist for Architecture Network's Corporate clients.
