Plan, coordinate and execute 50-60 special events per year, ranging from small private dinners to the organization's signature fundraising events. Oversee all aspects of the planning, production and management of these large, small, high-profile and less formal events including the coordination of contractors, artists, and vendors. Responsible for budget management, compliance with all WPAS financial protocols, and assistance in the development of the annual budget for special events. Manage communications regarding each event, including the design, creation, and distribution of information through print and electronic media. Serve as organization's primary contact with the diplomatic community. Maintain a development portfolio of WPAS donors and constantly solicit new donors.

Construct and execute emergency contingency plans in support for the mission of the White House delegation as last minute changes to the President's schedule or extenuating circumstances arise. Coordinate and manage the logistical planning and execution of ground and air transportation, hotel accommodations, workspaces, incurred costs, and required credentials for the White House Press Corps and Traveling Party for domestic and international travel.
