Roger Conrado is the President and Managing Partner of On Target Financials, the premier provider of financial analysis services in Latin America.He is also the President and CEO of GVC Partners, a consulting company helping investors establish their operations in Nicaragua and other Central American countries.Roger is an entrepreneur that has interests in several companies. He is a Managing Partner in Newmeros, an online accounting and bookkeeping services company. He is a partner in Arco Solutions, a company that provides sales back office and outsourcing services to companies in the US from Central America. Roger holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree in International Business and Finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He has been a regional manager at ExxonMobil Corporation and has worked as a project manager in the US developing several electromechanical projects in Europe and the Middle East. Roger is also a lecturer and professor at several universities around the country teaching in graduate and undergraduate business and finance programs.Roger is a Board Member at the Nicaragua Education Foundation whose mission is to transform the lives of children in Nicaragua by investing in their education. He is in the Board of Directors of the Nicaraguan Chess Federation and in charge of all youth chess activities in the country. He is also in the Board of Advisors of AIESEC Nicaragua.
