Work Obligations1. Oversees the EDSA Busway and Terminal Projects' overall technical and/or engineering aspects to guarantee the effective execution of by-contract and internal projects.2. Oversees the project/site inspections, assesses the plans' execution, and, where necessary, uses judgment to evaluate, choose, and adjust or modify the engineering design's standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.5. Oversees and directs the coordination of the components of the project development and execution, such as the Provincial Terminals and Busway Concourses, among others.6. Competently contributes and verifies to address technical issues related to the EDSA Busway Project, Terminal Projects, and other related Road Sector programs, as well as right of way acquisition, utility relocation, report and response preparation, fund transfers, and other activities.7. Participates in the preparation of procurement and bidding documents, for the by-contract and internal projects of the EDSA Busway and Terminal Projects including but not limited to: Invitation to Bid, Instruction to Bidders, Bid Data Sheet, General Conditions of Contract, Special Conditions of Contract, Schedule of Requirements, and Technical Specifications.8. Monitors the inter-agency coordination and develops monitoring guidelines to ensure execution and actualization of quality and timely work progress of the EDSA Busway Project, Terminal Projects, and other related programs of the Road Sector;2. Reviews engineering aspects on all requests for variations, clarifications, approvals, and confirmations from the proposed and ongoing detailed engineering designs and civil works under the project implementation component and provides recommendations if needed;3. Monitors and endorses engineering recommendations on all related matters to the project development component, including but not limited to, studies from consultants, and studies on the privatization of the EDSA Busway;4. Provides assistance in addressing technical concerns in procurement, right of way acquisition, utility relocation, report and response preparation, fund transfers, legal proceedings, and other activities of the EDSA Busway Project, Terminal Projects, and other related programs of the Road Sector;5. Monitors the day-to-day operations of the EDSA Busway Project, Terminal Projects, and other related programs of the Road Sector;6. Work Obligations1. Familiarizes him/herself with site conditions, and conducts frequent site visits before, during and after project implementation2. Reviews and evaluates of all technical output of the consultants, including but not limited to engineering plans, designs, details, quantity calculations, cost estimates, and consultations, and ensures deliverables are timely, accurate, and compliant with local or international standards and drafts recommendations if otherwise3. Catanduanes Provincial Doh Office

Work Obligations1. Monitor and facilitate the on-going projects under Bayanihan Funds and HFEP Funds in the province of Catanduanes2. Perform monitoring, supervision and validation to ensure that all works are in accordance with plans and specifications set forth with Post Travel Report filed and concerns acted upon for the “On-going” and “Completed” HFEP Projects (DOH, PLGU and LGU Implemented), Construction of Provincial Medicine Warehouse (Implemented by DOH Central Office), Billing request percentage of physical accomplishment from LGUs and/or PLGUs3. Technical and office assistance for HFEP Projects (“for downloading” and “on-going”) in the Province of Catanduanes; LGUs and PLGUs’ concerns regarding consultations of plans (in coordination with RLED), on-site issues and matters during construction4. Provide assistance in preparing documents needed for meetings, assemblies and/or conferences in connection with health infrastructure projects5. Provide reports, updates and feedback to Regional Civil Engineer, PDOHO (DMOs assigned and Provincial DOH Officer), PLGU and LGU, DOH Central Office, and DOH Bicol CHD Management6.
