• Handles windows servers’ management (AD, File, DNS, DHCP, Print servers) for 20+ clients based in New York on a virtual environment including deployment, maintenance (patching, backup, health check).
• Provision virtual servers depends on the client’s needs
• Administers replication to the datacenter for DR solutions of clients.
• Experience in handling SAN and used as datastores for hypervisors.
• Troubleshoot issues encountered on VMware by CLI/GUI.
• Creates and receives trouble tickets using Zendesk from clients and gives technical support.

• Administer servers, active directory, network services (e.g FTP, emails), backups and NAS.
• Checks inside and outside network connection daily.
• Plans for cable distribution to be setup in new branch offices.
• Sets up planned network for branch offices including cabling.
• Documents planned setup of network, including port assignment for easy troubleshooting.
• Sets up, configures, and maintain NAS devices on each lodge and extension offices.
