Project Manager - Client ToolsBtg Pactual Apr 2011 - Feb 2016São Paulo, Sp, BrI've managed the team responsible to Support and Evolution of clients related systems, primary serving Wealth Management, Research and Asset Management groups.My work was primarily manage the team portfolio of projects and oversees each project individually.Relevant project - the new Statement for Clients (Jan 2013 – Feb 2014) was a new solution to generate, organize, print and mail statements to our clients. The whole process was revised and the generation was fully automated. Hired a professional printer house to print and mail the statements and hired a dedicated telecommunications link to send the files through a secure FTP service. Legacy Crystal Reports tool fully replaced for two SQL Server Reporting Services dedicated servers, with load balance and fail over (Big IP). Some numbers:- +6.000h of work- +BRL $750.000 cost- Payback ~ 8 months- Cost saving through cost per unit (statement printed) and operational efficiency gain.Relevant project - 1099 Reports (Apr 2012 – Jan 2013) – The project aimed to generate the necessary data to declare Income Tax from BTG Pactual’s clients who resided in USA. It demanded integration with BTG Pactual’s New York office as well as Sovos/Convey Systems, the vendor whose tool generated the 1099 form based on the information (Trades and positions in Brazil) we provided. -
