The ongoing client relationship is managed through mandatory, proactively scheduled review meetings and conference calls, and a centralized client service methodology that coordinates the activities of a client's other professionals. My approach is to have a thorough understanding of the client's entire situation first, develop their unique written financial plan and then implement the necessary actions items. Even more importantly, we measure our performance against mutually agreed upon benchmarks to determine the effectiveness of our financial strategies and products. At a minimum, our clients must see us face to face at least twice within a 12 month period. Lastly, our client communication program includes in-person meetings, conference calls, educational seminars, quarterly economic and market updates, weekly market commentary emails and other client events.
