Designing and delivering a programme for the 300+ managers and directors within Reed's recruitment operations. Reporting directly to the Global Managing Director, this programme contributed to significant performance improvements across eight key metrics that we recognised as critical to Reed's ongoing success.Within the business we saw significant results, including:+ Productivity (measured per-head) improved by 54%+ Profit flow through improved by 69% (an eight-figure total)+ Income and profit Year on Year growth improved from 31%/54% to 100%/100%The programme launched immediately prior to COVID-19, and was adapted to become a fully-digital/virtual delivery model.

Responsible for the L&D strategy across Reed Specialist Recruitment and Reed Online (reed.co.uk).Managing the Learning and Apprenticeship teams (20+ heads) across both businesses, working alongside the Group HR heads to support our ambition of Improving Lives Through Work.+ Introduced and made great progress towards the vision of Reed being a place where every co-member (employee) develops both professionally and personally, including the expanding of a range of learning services into teams and regions previously unserved+ Invested in the growth of the L&D managers in order to develop specialist capabilities across the team (including apprenticeships, digital, delivery and leadership development), including the creation of career pathways for team members+ Accelerated the growth of our digital learning capabilities, growing our in-house digital learning team from one to four heads, and saving c. 500 in-person delegate days/year through the digitising of specific training modules + Served on judging panels for the Learning & Performance Institute's annual Learning Awards, including Learning Professional of the Year

Leading a first-class team of 20+ L&D professionals who manage and provide industry-leading training & development to the organisation's Consultants, Managers and Executives.Built a team from scratch to create RSR's 'Employer Provider' apprenticeship programme, growing our provision to 200+ apprentices.

Based in Singapore. Awarded 'Support Staff Member of the Year' at the end of year awards.Responsible for the L&D strategy across Reed's Asia Pacific offices in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, accountable to the Head of HR (RSR Global) and Asia Pacific Regional MD. Working with the Senior Management team to agree the L&D strategy in line with organisational goals and priorities, covering both Management and Consultant development programmes.Responsible for the creation, delivery and evaluation of all L&D programmes, working to ensure that all of the region's Co-Members (employees) had access to, and benefited from, robust, engaging and commercially-driven learning experiences.Focused on delivering programmes which drove ever-increasing levels of performance, effectiveness and engagement and support Reed's expansion across the Asia Pacific region.

Working with Managers of all levels (from first-line Team Leaders through to Director level).Programme topics primarily focusing around Management, Coaching, NLP. Based in Oxford, covering the UK's 100+ offices.

Project Manager, reporting to the Board of Directors, for a multi-department project to re-launch a blended Induction Programme for Consultants in line with sales and recruitment best practice, which was followed by a 50% increase in probation passes.Designed and developed new training programmes (from initial consultation and analysis) within the network.Delivered classroom-based training courses to employees, in line with the core training and development offering at locations across the UK. Additional ad-hoc training delivery in Europe.Management and ownership of specific projects, including development of courses for a range of RSR's specialist recruitment divisions. Support of other members in the team through informal 'mentorship'
