Formed Prime Mortgage Services LLC and obtained my Tennessee Mortgage Broker’s License in 1999. Opened a second branch office in 2005. Trained and managed all loan officers and support staff. Closed in December 2007 to accept Branch Manager position with Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation.

Formed Prime Property Services and obtained my Tennessee Residential and Commercial Contractors License with high test scores. Hired and managed construction crews. Handled all bookkeeping, accounting, property purchases and sales, rental income, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. Closed the contracting business to go into the mortgage business

During tenure at Dyersburg Medical Group, PC, the organization grew from six physicians to twenty two physicians in ten years… grew from one office to seven offices in ten years… grew from single specialty internal medicine clinic to multi-specialty medical group in ten years… underwent building program as well as extensive automation updates.
