There, he had a successful career in the automotive industry, working his last 16 years in that field as an independent franchisee of a multi-national company. Although he enjoyed his life in Illinois, several business trips and family vacations to the Islands furthered Roger's attraction to the Hawai'i life.In 2004, Roger sold his automotive tool business and moved to Maui where he brought his high-energy and many years of sales experience to the real estate industry.
