I lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive job placement and work-based learning initiatives. My responsibilities include guiding students through assessments, facilitating career exploration, providing coaching, ensuring their preparedness for the workforce, and overseeing the Career Center. Through collaboration with internal and external partners, I focus on expanding and improving job placement outcomes for regional students.
