Making a meaningful impact has always been at the heart of my work, whether it’s through public service, project management, or community engagement. Leading diverse teams and managing large-scale projects has taught me that success comes from collaboration, clear communication, and staying adaptable in the face of challenges. My military background shaped my resilience and deep commitment to service, and those values continue to guide me in every role.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of managing complex facility operations and construction projects. These experiences taught me the importance of rolling up my sleeves, listening to others, and solving problems together. I believe in continuously learning and growing, and I value working with mentors who help me see new perspectives. I also recognize the importance of learning from mistakes, as they provide some of the most valuable lessons for improvement.Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back through volunteering. Building relationships and contributing to causes I care about keeps me grounded and reminds me why I do what I do: to make a difference.
