I have more than 25 years of building high performance organizations and driving transformation and change in organizations globally in diverse industries, from industrial to energy to retail. With broad experience in Finance, Corporate Development, Sales & Marketing, Operations Management, and Human Resources, working in four continents, I then served as CHRO for Li & Fung during a critical period of Digital Transformation, as we engaged and prepared our people to navigate the disruption in the retail supply chains around the world in over 40 countries. The disruption and the speed of change in the global retail industry has never been so remarkable, which had put the people agenda at the top of our organizational priorities.I am deeply passionate about bringing in and developing our talent, leveraging the enormous strength of diversity of our employees and communities, and helped not only our employees but the entire supply chain ecosystem to which Li & Fung belongs, succeed.
