Determine needed training to support business initiatives and by meeting with internal clients to review current training programs and identify any gaps that exist. Design/Develop training that meets specific objectives while remaining focused on the end-user experience. Various programs or applications are used to design/develop training which include; InDesign, Storyline, Camtasia, Keynote, PowerPoint, Pages and Word. In addition to developing training, my role includes facilitating training in a classroom or through distance learning in a studio setting with satellite capabilities.

Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels for all stores within a district for an assigned merchandise division. This was accomplished by tracking monthly rates of sale, identifying peak period needs, placing orders and providing markdown guidance. Worked closely with District Manager and individual stores to communicate plans/actions and to ensure all merchandise standards where maintained. This involved attending all district meetings, visiting stores and conducting conference calls.

Multifaceted role responsible for all HR functions and Operational processes within a store. HR responsibilities included; maintaining weekly/monthly payroll budgets, hiring, training, scheduling, associate relations, and customer engagement. Store Operations involved ensuring all operational processes were performed as designed and at or above established productivity levels. Operational responsibilities also included the maintenance/repair of all in-store equipment and maintaining the store environment from temperature control to overall store cleanliness. Expense control was a was a major factor in this position.
