I currently hold the position of Director, Exercise Physiologist and Performance Coach at Invictus Performance Lab in Bangalore, India. This role involves applying principles of scientific and systems thinking to influence the performance and health outcomes for athletes, teams and organisations. My responsibilities also include: - Coaching elite athletes for high-performance - Leading research and educational endeavours - Developing protocols for training, return to performance and testing - Evaluating and co-developing technology for sports performance and health - Strategic performance planning I make use of multidisciplinary data to build feedback loops and unique protocols to cater to a variety of performance solutions. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of different individuals, teams and organisations including Olympians, Special Forces Units, sports team at private leagues, Universities and tech companies.I am interested in building transdisciplinary health and performance systems, driving applied research and educational practice while creating comprehensive environments for excellence.
