• As part of the SME business team, I am responsible for preparing detailed credit notes for existing and new clients. I handle clients across various sectors like infra, auto ancillaries, pharma, industrials/manufacturing, leather products, chemicals and services, under multiple/sole banking arrangement with other lenders. Revenue of the clients ranged from Rs 150 - 1000+ cr, with bank’s exposure at Rs 20-100 cr.• As part of due-diligence, client meetings and plant visits are done. Extensive data is sought for preparation of credit note, and multiple rounds of reverts to credit team’s queries are prepared. Once sanctioned, post sanction documentation is also undertaken like valuation of collateral, ROC charge filing, execution of MoE/MoD, etc.• Products covered include Working Capital Limits (CC/WCDL, LC, BG, Bill Discounting, CMS, etc. ), Term Loans, Export Limits (EPC/PSFC, Foreign Bill Discounting, Buyers/Suppliers credit) and derivative limits.• Other operational work inter-alia includes – ad-hoc client requests, client transactions, account opening/modification, internal MIS, documentation at the time of renewal or new on-boarding.
