Zydus Hospitals is an upcoming leader in the healthcare industry with presently 2 hospitals in western India.Responsibility & Achievements:- As a head of Information Communication & Technology department, responsible for managing, planning & executing the all the software applications which includes HIMS (Hospital Information Management System), Complaint Management System, Mobile Applications & Employee Portal. Also, any other independent software application for a specific use in the hospital for example tools and software for radiology imaging & laboratory reporting, likewise. Responsible for making sure that all the applications are up & running 24*7.- Headed the implementation for HIMS system which includes complete hospital ERP, clinical applications, PACS implementation for imaging and interface with hospital equipment for automated workflow which improved efficiency by more than 100%- Developed complaint management software in-house to improve service excellence by generating tickets which triggers SMS and email automatically for the prompt communication, by which we can achieve the service level by 20 minutes from more than a day to complete a task.- Developed Zydus employee portal for effective communication which led to more employee engagement and their work efficiency.- Currently leading a project where the vision is to make hospital operation paperless and making green work environment by utilizing the technology and optimizing the processes in more effective manner.
