I am responsible for overseeing the following tasks within my professional role:1) Statement processing -Verifying the completeness of transaction details and reconciling any discrepancies.-Organizing and categorizing statements for efficient retrieval and analysis.2) CASA Loan Account Opening -Guiding clients through the account opening process, including necessary documentation and compliance requirements.-Conducting thorough assessments to determine the eligibility of clients for CASA loan accounts.-Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.3) World Check and Google search (Screening of clients)-Utilizing specialized tools such as World Check to screen clients for potential risks.-Conducting comprehensive Google searches to gather additional information about clients.-Analyzing search results to identify any adverse news, sanctions, or other relevant information.4) Effecting standing orders -Managing the setup and modification of standing orders for clients.-Ensuring that standing order instructions are accurately entered into the system.-Verifying that standing orders are executed on the specified dates and in the correct amounts.5) FATCA and CRS amendments -Staying updated on changes and developments related to FATCA and CRS regulations.-Reviewing client accounts to determine if amendments are necessary due to regulatory updates.-Coordinating with legal and compliance teams to implement required changes to client information.6) Changes in signatory-Managing the process of adding or removing authorized signatories for client accounts.-Verifying the authenticity of signatory change requests through appropriate documentation.-Updating internal records and systems to reflect changes in signatory authority.
