SIS Prosegur is the second largest cash management company of India and provides integrated cash management solutions for Banks and MSPs across India with services like Cash replenishment, Cash in transit, Door step banking, etc.My work here was very dynamic and ranged from comprehensive analysis of bulk operational data to optimising performance, building strategies to reduce operational losses, developing automated reports to help management take effective decisions, liaising with development teams for helping in integrating conventional way of doing operations and technology Other responsibilities included vendor management and penetration of technology deep inside the company from the senior level to ground staff by leading change management and driving compliance at Pan-India level> I joined SIS Prosegur in its very nascent stage wherein the company was just trying to make ground in the market and technology was not a concern, therefore I faced challenges in getting resources, data and the approvals for projects and the employees were not receptive of technology.In less than 2 years, the company used technology in almost every sphere of operations: android app for field personnel, operational systems in branches, subscription reports, compliance figures and trackers for management.
