Grew Year on Year business for Inbound revenue and controlled Outbound costs. Successfully achieved targets every year by contributing as a Revenue generator and cost reducer. Interacted maintained successful business relationship with Head of Roaming departments and Senior personnel which developed new partnerships and business growth. Responsible for account managing and negotiating with large groups such as Vodafone, T-Mobile, France Telecom, Telefonica, Hutchinson, MTS, Airtel, Beeline and other individual Telco’s which resulted in in revenue generation and cost reductions Responsible for launching new services such as 5G , VoLTE and extending coverage reach. Contract life cycle management from preparing the contract draft to execution of International Roaming Agreements and Preferred Roaming Agreements. Responsible for business development in M2M/IoT with International partners requiring connectivity in UAE. Performance tracking of IOT discount agreements in terms of performance with roaming partners and internal teams at du to accomplish cost savings and avoid revenue leakages. Successfully influenced outstanding payments collection of IOT and Monthly Roaming settlements to ensure positive cash flow. Provide financial plans reports (forecast and reforecast), budget guidance and KPI reporting to assist in managing and monitoring performance to achieve set KPI targets.  Recommend and implement changes to standard IOTs and ensure approval, processes and implementation as appropriate. Managed the roaming operations from commercial perspective in terms of steering efficiency and expected Customer experience.
