Current- Expand Workday (HRIS) automation footprint with new feature implementation globally/ regionally and at country level in EMEA, JAPAC and AMERICAS.- Act as Tier 3 level support for in-use HRIS initiatives globally.- Participate in bi-annual Workday release testing. Explore new features and prioritize delivery as per technology roadmap- Partner with business cross functionally/ regionally to reduce/ replace manual operations with automation.- Identify and execute RPA initiatives for People team across the organization.- Leadership, Team Coaching and Mentoring
