From a young age, I have always been fascinated by the art of connecting with people and learning from their experiences. This curiosity and passion led me to pursue a career in hospitality, where I spent several years working in front-of-house roles and in bars, restaurants, and hotels.During this time, I had the privilege of meeting people from all walks of life and building meaningful connections with them. I learned the importance of attentiveness, empathy, and active listening in delivering exceptional customer experiences.As my career progressed, I transitioned into the technology industry and joined SmartKarrot as the Director of Customer Success. In this role, I continue to engage with people from diverse industries and geographies who face challenges such as product adoption, customer retention, and expansion.My experience in hospitality has given me a unique perspective and skillset that I apply to my work in customer success. I am passionate about understanding my clients' needs and helping them achieve their objectives while building lasting relationships.Over the past 14+ years, I have consistently delivered desired results to partners while keeping their experience in mind. I am always seeking new opportunities to enhance my knowledge and expertise in this space, as I believe that continuous learning is essential for professional growth.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new cuisines, and experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.
