Human Resources Executive
Current- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and campus recruiting.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process by coordinating with hiring managers and setting up interviews.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Establish relationships with passive candidates to create a talent pool for future opportunities.
