I taught Marketing courses to management ( MBA) graduates. Customer Relationship Management, Brand Management, Consumer Behaviour , Integrated Marketing Communication , Basics of Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

I was heading the Financial Training business and was responsible for the P&L of the business division.We catered to Middle east , North Africa, India and South Asian markets.It was a startup and I was instrumental in formulating the sales and marketing strategies, setting up the initial team, devising internal systems and processes.Motivating and enhancing the skills of the young sales team was a key driver for the business unit to be profitable in addition to conducting marketing research to understand the customer requirements and subsequently launch the training programs that would truly meet the customer requirements in our markets in MENA region and in countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh.I have been instrumental in negotiating sales deals and partnerships with clients in Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, Europe and USA in addition to dealing in the Indian markets. This involved my personal visits to the client locations for developing partnerships or acquiring new business.
