Test Manager from 2012• Responsible for managing the overall testing engagement.• Single point of contact for all testing delivery.• Responsible for interaction with the Business and Technology counterparts from Client• Responsible for representing the overall Testing engagement in Client meetings.• Responsible for resource and effort estimation for the entire engagement.• Responsible for ensuring the availability of all the Baseline Documentation required for the Test Planning and Design activities.• Responsible for ensuring the availability of Test and Application Environments.• Escalate any issue with respect to user assistance, business download, test environment etc. to the appropriate authority if they are not addressed within the defined timeline.• Enforce the adherence to Maveric’s proposed UAT approach for the UAT engagement.• Responsible for preparing and reviewing Test Plan.• Responsible for getting Sign-off from the client on the Test Plan Document.• Continuous monitoring of Project Progression and Test Team• Immediate notification/escalation of problems within testing team to Higher Management.• Organize internal weekly meetings for the project team.• Review of final Business Rules and get subsequent sign off from the Client.• Review of final Test Design and get subsequent sign off from the Client.• Responsible for monitoring Project milestones and take necessary action to mitigate any anticipated delays.• Responsible for preparation of Status Reports for the Line of business.• Responsible for maintaining the quality of work done.
