Current1. Regulating the Tender Contract Management system as per the organization’s policies and proces2.Tracking the tenders as per the workflow for Tender Evaluation purposes.3. Downloading bid documents uploaded by the bidders through the Oracle E-tender system and delegating to the relevant team for the bid evaluation process.4. Maintaining and updating Tender Technical Evaluation Report (Weekly & Monthly Report).5. Preparing and updating Tender Status Report.6. Initiating letters and memos in FCTS (Formal Correspondence Tracking System) or through EDMS in accordance with the directives of the subject.7. Tracing and organizing all the internal correspondence and follow-ups.(Weekly Report)6. Scheduling meetings (Physical & Virtual) with internal and external stakeholders.
