1. Interaction with bankers for initiating Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, SARFAESI Act, Civil suits (Under Order 37) & Original Applications under DRT against delinquent customers in all products run by the Bank, i.e. Home loan. Personal loan, Auto Loan, Loan against property, etc. 2. Drafting of the Legal Demand Notice, Winding Up Notice, Overdue Notice, Loan recalls notice, Cancellation Notice of Flat/ House to the delinquent customer on behalf of banks and as well as individual clients. 3. Appearance in District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums & Other Tribunals. 4. Responsible for execution of court order and also collecting court summons/warrants of court orders through my executive for execution. 5. Drafting Reply, Rejoinder, Consumer Complaint, Criminal Complaint U/s 138 NI Act, Original Application under Section 19 of the Recovery of the Debts Due to Banks & Financial Institution Act 1993, Evidence(s) and Written Arguments etc. 6. Maintaining the MIS and completing the entire data bank of various clients as per their needs and requirement.7. Generating various reports time to time on the request of the clients.

1. Co-ordination with a team over 10 field executive & handled collection portfolio of Home Loan/Loan Against Property/Auto Loan (Bucket-X, 1 & 2; DPD 0-60) for Delhi/NCR of Axis Bank Ltd. 2. Maintaining daily reporting as per DRR & reviewing their achievements as against the portfolio. 3. Personal attentions (Calling & Visits) on high POS, disputed, technical delinquent & Critical cases portfolio along with the team. 4. Handling Escalations at customer’s end. 5. Regular training to team, which consist motivational activities, collection process, code of conduct and market trend. 6. Receipt issuance and reconciliation in the beginning of month and month end. 7. Updating DCR. 8. Co-ordination in the Court cases for the effective recovery like Section 138 N.I. Act, Civil Suit (Order No. XXXVII), SARFAESI cases and DRT cases.
