• Project Manager for the new management strategy “Author Pooling” for the facility. • Part of the all the Management Review Meetings as the process owner of ISO related process for the facilities with the top level management of the organization.• Oversee the planning, administration and designing of business strategies to achieve projected quality and targets.• Process owner of all the ISO related processes of the facility.• Analyzing and improving productivity and the team’s profitability.• Facilitate weekly (as required) team calls/meetings.• Assist in monitoring workload.• Evaluate the feedback reports and convey the same to the team members.• Ensure team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes.• Ensure that proper methods / techniques are used to achieve the highest levels of quality and service to meet client goals and expectations.• Proper manpower planning of the team mainly on vacation and/or high-volume work efforts.• Responsible for quality checking and providing feedbacks to the team members and management, so as to increase the productivity of team and streamline the process.
