Latest organization, ADP - worked for wage garnishments and Captiva OCR, dealing with legal documented orders from courts and attorneys (orders like child support, tax, student loans, spousal support etc all called wage garnishments) to validate, extract and key confidential data of defaulters and send it to their employers.AMAZON - Worked in Risk investigations for two different processes namely Product quality (Dealing with authenticity, also product and/or product quality related issues/complaints for inventory/products sold on Amazon US/UK/CA/IN sites) and Merchant risk investigations (Dealing/handling third party seller acounts on Amazon platform detecting risk/fraud/policy violations/performance issues and enforcing/acting accordingly as per standard operating procedures) Both processes coming under TRMS (transaction risk management system), which ensures a safe marketplace/platform for transactions for both sellers and buyers, by preventing fraudulent/wrong activities or practices.
