Job Responsibilitie Making manufacturing processes more profitable, lean and efficient. Managing maintenance engineers. Managing a team of multi-disciplined technicians. Dealing with any staff grievance or disciplinary issues. Leading formal and informal meetings and discussions concerning plant operations. Interfacing with customers and Vendors on a daily basis. Planning maintenance, and project works. Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies & procedures. Encouraging continuous improvement within the business unit. Handling labor relations and union grievances. Managing all on site operational components. Maintain proper stock level of fast moving consumables & Raw materials Periodical physical verification & Reconciliation of stock.. Manage 30+ staff members including Drivers & Plant Helpers as well as payroll Staff and time analysis. To be mechanically inclined and have ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems in relation to plant operations.  Health & Safety trainings of plant staff, Contract employees, Labors & Drivers. Monthly Safety meetings with Contractors & Plant staff. Monthly KPI Tracking of Various costs & P&L Statements Customer follow up for outstanding & Concrete orders.Plant concrete order planning & scheduling. Optimizing labor and material and equipment resources to maximize process efficiency.
