Namaskar!My name is Rohit Kumar. I have completed my schooling from Tagore International School, Gurugram Haryana. After completing my higher secondary studies, I was looking for what to pursue as a career. I recognized the vast professional potential of the hospitality industry, so I began with a planned academic program, a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from The Lalit Suri hospitality school, Faridabad. My area of interest is food production as this industry gives us the opportunity to discover cuisine from all over the globe and it is fascinating for me to learn various types of cuisine with their culture and history. During the Corona virus (covid-19) lockdown, I gave the most of my time by learning something new about different cuisines every day. In December 2020, I joined my Industrial Training at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi. Where I finally got a taste of how the hospitality sector operates. I used to work in the coffee shop & continental kitchen. I am laser focused on my career and every action I take is to make myself a better person than yesterday.
