Understand the functional requirements and specifications of the loyalty program.2. Collaborate with business analysts/product manager to clarify and validate requirements related to the loyalty program.3. Develop a comprehensive test plan outlining test objectives, scope, resources, and schedule.Identify test scenarios based on loyalty program rules and functionalities.4. Create detailed test cases covering various scenarios, including enrollment flow, earning points and redeeming rewards, eligibilitycriteria, and adherence to terms and conditions.5. Consider positive, negative, corner test cases to ensure thorough coverage.6. Execute Smoke and Sanity test cases to validate the loyalty program's functionality.7. Verify that customers earn and redeem rewards correctly according to the program rules.8. Performed end-to-end functional and integration testing, to verify complete functionality as per the user stories and seamless integrationfor a high-quality product.9. Performed configurational level testing to verify content and CMS level changes like rewards, prices, points values, images, banners etc.as per expectations provided by product team.10. Performed regression testing to ensure that new updates or changes to the loyalty program don't introduce defects in existingfunctionalities.11. Check the loyalty program's compatibility across different devices and platforms to ensure a seamless experience for users.12. Verified various Deeplink cases for loyalty program.
