Recruitment• Overseeing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.• Identifying specialized & potential candidates through various channels viz., job portal, placement agencies, employee referral, headhunting etc.• Coordinating with the vertical head or technical panel for interview.• Preparing candidate’s document for approval.• Generating the offer Letter.• Sending Joining mails to the candidate.Post offer/Inductions• New Joiner Documentation.• Facilitate the On-boarding and coordination of Induction for all new joiners• Introducing them to the key members in the organization.• Coordinating with Hospital for medical test.• Coordinating with IT & Admin for Laptop, ID creation, SIM , opening of bank account & other related works.HR Operations• Maintaining & updating employee database on a regular basis.• Attendance management.• Co-ordination in PMS.• Confirmation process.• Exit formalities.• Preparing Monthly Reports.Employee Engagement & Employee Satisfaction-• Handling day to day queries of employees and ensure timely resolution for the same.• Engaged in various Employee activities like Birthday & Festival Celebration.• Flow a mail on Birthday and other celebrations.

Recruitment -• Majorly handled end to end Internal Recruitment and selection as per the corporate manpower plan for North Region.• Coordinated closely with the Functional / Business Heads on their current requirements.• Engaged in Full recruitment cycle (from requirements requisition – resumes - screening - interviews - offers - Joiners)• Background verification of employeesJoining Formalities & Induction -• Completion of joining formalities.• Supervision for the administrative functions like: Facilities of new joiners (Work space, E-mail, PC/Laptop), Bank A/c opening, Visiting cards etc• Maintenance of personal files & records• Conducted Induction-Presentation for the new joiners about the Company and its policies in brief.• Coordinated for departmental training session of new joiners.HR Operation -• Maintenance of monthly HR Report, New Joiners Data base etc.• Birthday, anniversary, festivals & National Holidays mailer & Celebration.• Understanding staff problems & complaints and resolving them along with relevant authorities.
