Deputy Purchase Manager for GCCT

- Forecast Consolidation and reporting to management- Flote inquiry between vendors and collect their quotation as per rates, negotiate with vendors,- Maintain MSL Level of all types of Inventories and non-inventory items for production,- Order Processing of purchase order after checking all terms and Condition as per quotation quoted,- Physical checking of stock, promotional material monthly for A class material and quarterly for B and C class items.- Maintain MIS and report to Management as regular basis- Vendor Management, Maintain Vendor Ageing and responsible for timely payment to vendors on agreed payment terms- Maintain Technical datasheet, MSDS and material test certificate of all inwards materials,- Master data Management, responsible for vendor Code creation- Develop new vendors and sources as per requirement of organisation and for cost reduction,- Closely work with Global R & D to develop new products as per sales requirement, providing Samples for required RM’s- Ordinate with Logistic Team for inward movement and finalise transport agreements for lowest freight,- Responsible for price list of all active and non-active products, Project Costing- Responsible for arrangement of all trading goods and develop new vendors for trading items,- Responsible for planning and timely production at all tolling units,- Responsible for planning of all imported Raw materials and dealing with forwarders and shipping lines For transportation planning- Dealing with customs department and CHA's for all import’s clearings,- Responsible for creating Bank Guarantee and LC’s as per company requirement,- Costing reduction Planning, timely delivery for RM’s and PM’s and Packing material development

Prepare quotation as per rates and terms provided by Management team,- Debts Collection and Sending Reminders Mail for Overdue Invoices and Manage O/d as per DSO Allotted by Management,- Rates Quote on LnT and Shapoorji Portal for all north and west zone,- Order Processing of purchase order received from customer after checking all terms and Condition as per quotation quoted,- Create new Code and arrange distributors appointment,- Credit limit enhancement as per customer business potential,- Arrange BIL and Cote agreement and security from every distributors and Credit and Debit Note Processing- Accounting over SAP for West 2 zone, Customer ledgers spooling over SAP,- Ageing Spooling through SAP and provide aging to all Sales Engg from every month,- Prepare Payment Collection and C Forms Collection Forecast and Collection report,- Provide Material Forecast and follow up for Material availability- C Form Details Prepare and provide quarterly to Sales Engg and Collect C Form from customer and provide details on quarterly basis,- Manage Road Permit as per Plant/Warehouse Requirement and maintain record of Road Permit and C Form,- Create Purchase order and Maintain Vendor Payments and Billing,- Maintain records of Leased and owned assets and Premises,- For third party employees expense reimbursement on monthly basis as per SOP with support of Team Lease Services Ltd and BASF,- Set Ideal work environment so that staff will work efficiently,- Arrange Interviews, Meetings and BU annual Meeting and Corporate Event and Meeting as per Organisation requirement,- Reconciliation of client accounts and prepares receivable statement on monthly basis.- Maintain Project wise Inventory of Samples record and adhere to budget practices.- Maintained invoices and details and provide to customers as per requirement,- Provide Technical datasheet and material test certificate as per customer requirement,
