• Project Management • Assist Project Manager in organizing and managing day-to-day activities for plant construction• Determine resource requirements, work allocation and project deadlines to achieve project objectives. • Interacting with clients and project team member to ensure timeline delivery of materials for startup and handover for Production.• Ensure materials, supplies and equipment is readily and continuously available for workers to carry out construction process.• Perform important administrative functions for the project manager, which might include updating the project schedule, taking minutes at meetings, making phone calls to vendors and suppliers, responding to e-mails and writing progress reports to the project team.• Preparing Payment Requisitions.• Follow-up for payments• Preparing Expense Reports• In charge Logistics.• Following up with suppliers for material delivery in time• Order all supplies and materials as per the requirement• Floating inquires for quotations
