I have more than 16 Year experience in IT industry. I started my career as a Customer Support Engineer with the ASP of Compaq and later I joined Nagarro a Software company as a Desktop Support Engineer where my skills & professional knowledge grown up and performed various roles in the IT Operation Department during my tenure till January 2018. I was responsible for Hardware, Desktop Applications & Operating Systems such as Windows 7 and 10, installation and troubleshooting of various Microsoft Applications like MS Office, Dot net framework, SQL, SharePoint etc etc,. Performed Helpdesk Tasks and accomplished so many projects successfully along with my Team and received lots of appreciations from Users and Clients. I have earned Professional Certification like ITIL, CCNA, Dell Notebook and VMware 6.0 Certificates and many more.
