• Provide support to the service team as and when technical expertise is required for troubleshooting the escalated issues and supervise onsite major repairs.

• Provide technical support/expertise to Engineering Teams of island resorts owned by mother organization in Planning & execution of Preventive/Routine/Breakdown maintenance of back of house utility or engineering.
• Cost estimation of maintenance for annual budget approval under direct supervision of DOE and in association with Chief Engineer of the facilities.
• Review the request of resort’s engineering team for major repair, replacement and upgrade projects; facility inspection, prepare report and submit to DOE with suggestion, solution and cost of project; liaison with.
• Training Plant Room operators and Technicians in the Team, prepare Training Material, Technical PPTs for upcoming Power house design, up gradation and modification in the existing plant.

• Responsible for PT Fuel Room operation.
• Quickserve Process and KPI report maintenance, management tools to measure the performance and productivity of the manpower/Service Team, and take necessary action to improve the productivity.

• Fault finding and Troubleshooting Mechanical as well as Electrical and Electronic Issues using PC based Service Tool – In-Power for ECM and other Electronic Engine/Genset controllers – PCC-2100, 3100, 3201, 1301, 3.3.

• Overhauling and Other Mechanical Repair of Diesel Engines.Fault finding and Troubleshooting Mechanical as well as Electrical issues.
• Calibration and Fault finding, Using computer based Service Tool – In-Power, of Cummins PCC Genset Controllers.
• Carry out Alignment of Engine with Alternator on Double Bearing Alternator during Installation and commissioning of new unit on site.
• Carry out AMC visit according to contract with customers and preparing Field Service Report.
