Working as a Manager for the youth teams(U13,U16,U18 & Reserves).Also coordinating with Atletico De Madrid closely for the cause of youth development along with Tata Football Academy and Jamshedpur Football Club.Registration:- Looking after the registration process of youth teams(U13,U16,U18 & Reserves) and grassroots.Coaches Education and Development:- Motivating the local youth and showing them a way ahead career in football coaching. Organizing Grassroots Leaders, Youth Leaders workshops and other coaches license courses.Operation:- Looking after the Competition area and Field of Play Operations for U13,U15,2nd Division I-League and ISL.Trails:- Conducting trails for youth teams(U13,U16,U18 & Reserves).To develop a proper youth set-up.

Coordinating with District Football Association in hosting Mens Football League, Women's Football League,Referee's Education Program.Operations:- Looking after the entire match day operation of Men's & Women's Football League.As well as Referee Development Workshops.Member of organizing committee.Member of Referee's Technical Committee.

Working as an active referee.As well as developing the young talents who were interested in becoming a referee.Organizing the District Football League Matches as well as State Football League Matches.Organizing referees workshop in co-ordination with AIFF.Served as a administrator in Jharkhand Football Association Referee Department.
