Rohit is a seasoned program management leader possessing highly desirable skills in technical program management, agile transition, process definition, PMO charter and vision establishment, compliance, strategy and vendor management areas. He has led execution of multiple solutions and products in SaaS, data centers and digital platform management areas during last 12 years.Rohit is presently working as Senior Program Manager at Juniper Square India starting July 2024.Prior to Juniper Square, Rohit worked at BlueJeans Network from May 2015 to June 2024 in several Program Manager roles and led the execution of BlueJeans video conferencing program; this was followed by program management of BlueJeans Events, Rooms and Gateway for Microsoft Teams products over next 3 years. During this stint, he worked closely with Dolby and Microsoft organizations for technical integration efforts. Along with program management, he was also responsible for compliance, vendor management, budgets, change management and process adherence. Rohit took over as the Director Program Management in Oct 2019 and played a key role in effective integration of BlueJeans into Verizon India in 2020-21 leading the BlueJeans-Verizon-Airtel data center setup program. Most recently in 2023, he took over as Head of Program Management Office with international team members, responsible for PMO charter & vision definition, driving process standardization to improve engineering metrics, streamlining information security initiatives, tracking customer committed initiatives and optimization of customer requirements management aspects.Prior to BlueJeans Network, Rohit worked at Sapient Consulting, responsible for driving the digital platform roll out efforts for www.lordabbett.com (US finance domain) and www.target.com (US retail domain) using Adobe Experience Manager platform.Prior to Sapient, Rohit worked at Intel Corp for 10 years from 2003 to 2013 in multiple roles and groups including the Intel Data Centers Group responsible for engineering management and program management of the product called Intel Server Continuity Suite(R) for remote administration of Intel servers in Data Centers. Also worked in Intel Treasury group, responsible for transition from legacy power builder based treasury platform to Enterprise grade Avantgard Sungard platform.
