Product Management: Leading development of the Project Monitoring Group Portal (pmg.dpiit.gov.in): national level platform of Government of India to mitigate time and cost overrun in 1500+ Infrastructure Projects worth ₹50 Lac Cr.- Strategize product roadmap and rolled out a B2G SaaS platform used by 25+ Union Ministries and all 36 States/UTs of the country- Digitize existing monitoring mechanisms to bring transparency and accountability- Lead API integration with various other portals with single sign-on (SSO) functionality to create a central repository of all infrastructure projects and save administrative monitoring efforts2. Strategic Partnerships: Lead communication and establish partnerships with key government offices (PMO, Cabinet Secretariat) and private sector players to cultivate public-private partnership.
