I am a Customer Service & Operations Analyst at NatWest Group, a leading banking and financial services company. I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College, one of the top-ranked colleges in India, in May 2021. My core competencies include loan IQ, mail box management, problem solving, complex case handling, reports, training, new client onboarding, and KYC creation.In my current role, I work with a team of analysts to handle the queries and issues of the relationship managers and the clients regarding the loan products and services. I also use Excel and Word to prepare and update various reports and documents. I have gained valuable skills and experience in customer service, operations, compliance, and communication.
